The examination of job separation tendency of nursing staff in the first public–private joint-venture hospital in Taiwan: a multiple mediation model of job satisfaction and job performance

چکیده
Abstract Nursing staff are the largest number of employees in hospitals and high turnover rate is a global problem, which also critical issue faced by many Taiwan. Therefore, purpose this study to explore factors affecting job nursing propose suggestions reduce turnover. The results showed that among demographic variables, all variables except affiliated unit were significantly positively or negatively related intention. In characteristic analysis, it was found structure, repetitiveness job, participation decisions, compassionate leadership style antecedent intention leave. Among organizational factors, colleague rapport an variable Fairness distribution, opportunity in-service education, added satisfaction decrease When using performance as mediation variable, promotion opportunity, fairness education could not affect leave through performance.
